Russian Government approved the updated concept of the INOTomsk project
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the government decree on the updated concept of the project to create in Tomsk Region an innovative center INOTomsk. The document was signed on January 14 under No.22. Today, January 20, it was published on the website of the Russian Government.
