SEZ Tomsk resident constructing own building

Tract-Avtomatica plans a building to house the production of the primary automation equipment of the manufacturing processes - low-voltage complete devices. The building of 1000 m² will occupy a land plot of 1 ha.

The SEZ Tomsk management company has provided the resident with a land plot with all required utilities which helped to design the building and obtain the construction permit in the shortest possible time. The resident is going to enter the construction site in the nearest future.

The company was granted the status of a resident of the SEZ in the summer of 2022. The availability of the required utility systems in SEZ Tomsk and tax benefits for the project development proved to be crucial reasons to make such a decision.

The products of OOO Tract-Avtomatica are of great demand among enterprises of water supply and water disposal, heat and power supply, chemical, petrochemical and gas industry, metallurgical industry and machine building.
