The Main Part of the Infrastructure is built in the Tomsk Industrial Park

Igor Schaturniy, the Vice Governor for construction and infrastructure, held a meeting on construction of the Tomsk industrial park where its participants summarized the work in 2013 and discussed prospect for the next 2014 year.

According to the information provided by the prime contractor of CJSC "Gasservice", the works followed the schedule and all activities which were planned for the 2013 year were completed. At the both sites of the industrial park - Berezovaya and Severnaya - the land planning was completed, the trees were pulled down, nets of power and water supply were installed, the gas supply was also almost provided.

As Igor Schaturniy reported in general 280.5 million rubles were directed to the industrial park infrastructure in 2013: from the federal budget 188.4 million rubles were given;  the co-financing from the regional budget constituted 54.6 million rubles, financing from the Tomsk budget constituted 37.5 million rubles.

For 2014 70 million rubles are budgeted in the regional budget. This sum will allow the Tomsk Region to take part in the program of the Economic Development Ministry of Russia in order to continue the infrastructure support of the industrial park sites and to get support estimated at about 280 million rubles.

The works will be carried out at the site directly (construction of the roads, arrangement of service lines on the whole territory), and the residents will be able to start designing of their objects.

Let us recall that the grounds of the Tomsk industrial park are meant for different purposes: at the Severnaya ground it is planned to locate industrial enterprises (metal-working manufacturing, chemical industry, building materials), at the Berezovaya site there will be a food cluster.
