Tomsk Innovative Companies Will Obtain Subsidies

The Administration of Tomsk Region summarizes on the results of the competition for subsidies among start-up small innovative enterprises.

According to the Commission, the winners of the third competition were three innovative companies: “BioMedTech” Ltd., “LORGEmedical” Ltd. and “Polytechnologies” Ltd. The subsidies are provided for compensation of a part of expenses related to the start of business activity, their max. size is 500 thousand rubles.

In total, since the beginning of 2013 as many as 18 companies, including the winners of the third competition, have acquired more than 8 million rubles to support their businesses.

“BioMedTech” Ltd. was established for development and introduction to the market of an autogenous vaccine based on autologous dendritic cells for treatment of oncologic diseases, the company intends to sell to medical establishments the technology of autogenous vaccine production and its use for treatment of oncologic diseases in the form of license agreements.

“Polytechnologies” Ltd. deals with introduction of the technology for production of fuel briquettes from low-grade fuel, the main customers of the company are boiler facilities of utilities and industrial enterprises.

“LORGEmedical” Ltd. deals with development and production of medical equipment for general surgery, as well as introduction into clinical practice of new medical technologies such as electro-surgery devices and bipolar scissors.
