Petersburg politics fund has announced the June rating of social and political stability of the Russian regions. The Tomsk region took the fourth place in the country with ultimate stability factor.
It should be noted that in May rating the region took the fifth position. Among the positive factors the fund analysts highlighted the governor’s calling for a year-long moratorium for water supply payment, used for communal needs, retention of the “Tomsk-Bely Yar” train and the support of The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade while creating industrial parks.
The leader of the June rating is Penza region, with the Voronezh region as the outsider.
