Young people from Tomsk study Chinese business

Six young entrepreneurs from Tomsk will spend a week in Shanghai visiting counterpart companies and studying the experience of doing business in Shanghai.

They will learn how to build business processes and management systems in Canature Environmental Products Co., Ltd; visit one of the leading design companies Xiao's Design & Decoration Co., Ltd which offers a wide range of architectural and design services, including development of the design concept and technical documentation; meet with China Spring Travel, a domestic tour operator with 16 years of experience and own air company Spring Airlines; and visit CBRE Group, Inc., the world's largest commercial real estate services firm based in Los Angeles.

Their itinerary also includes a workshop where the young entrepreneurs will learn about specific aspects of doing business in China, investment-related marketing, communication in business relations and the management style in China. The workshop will be facilitated by the top advisor of a business consulting group Shanghai New Top Marketing Tactics Co., Ltd. The delegation from Tomsk will also make a visit to the Shanghai Small Enterprises Center, an organization sponsored by the municipal government.

This visit of Tomsk's young entrepreneurs to China is their second foreign practical training trip. In August they went to Germany. Apart from that, in 2012 three more young businessmen from Tomsk had individual training trips abroad and 17 businessmen visited companies in other regions of Russia.
