Announced a competition "The Best Exporter 2013"
The Tomsk chamber of commerce and industry and the Development Department of Business and Real Sector of Economy with support of the Ministry of Economics and Development of the Russia announce a competition "The Best Exporter of Tomsk region 2013."
The goals of the competition:
- assistance and stimulation of export activity of small and medium-sized businesses;
- support and assistance in growth of quantity of exporter - subjects of small and medium-sized business in Tomsk region;
- popularization of successful experience of export activity among subjects of small and medium-sized business in Tomsk region.
Legal persons and individual businessmen who are the subjects of small and medium-sized business according to the Federal Law dated June 24, 2007 No 209-ФЗ "On the development of small and medium-sized business in the Russian Federation" and who passed registration in Tomsk region in accordance with the established procedure and run business for more than one year are invited to take part in the competition.
The participants have to meet the next requirements:
- they shouldn't be on the stage of reorganization or in procedure that is used in bankruptcy case;
- they shouldn't have past-due indebtedness on tax or other obligatory payments to the budget system of the Russian Federation and on the means earlier provided from the region and municipal budgets on a repayable basis.
The criteria of the competitive selection are:
- quantity of countries which are the purchaser of products;
- the total volume of product export deliveries;
- dynamics of product export deliveries volumes by years;
- specific weight of product expert deliveries in total volume of sold products;
and also,
- volumes of export deliveries of innovative products;
- nomenclature of export innovative products;
- specific weight of export deliveries of innovative products in total volume of export products.
The winner of the competition will get a title of the "Best expert in Tomsk region 2013", and also will get a precious prize. The laureates of the competition who will gain the second and third places will take Diplomas of II and III grade and commemorative prizes.
