November 8-9, a delegation of France
A delegation of France including Advisor on Cooperation and Culture of the Embassy of France, head of the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) office in Moscow, French Attachй for University and Research Cooperation, representatives of the Universitй Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, Universitй Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, and University of Reims Champagne-Ardennes, worked in Tomsk. The CNRS delegation visited the Tomsk State and Polytechnic Universities and Akademgorodok research institutes to discuss opportunities for cooperation under the university programs in Education/Science in France.
The Advisor of the French Embassy visited four universities and met with the heads of the Tomsk Region Department of International and Regional Relations, the Tomsk Region Department of Culture, and the Mayor of Tomsk to discuss bilateral cooperation with France. The key goal of the visit of the delegation from the French Embassy was to discuss joint projects with Lorraine and opening of the House of France in Tomsk.
