Direct Communication Channel for Investors

Tomsk Region Governor Order # 273 dtd. 06/08/2013 approved of the direct communication channel for investors for timely addressing the problems arising in the course of investment activity.

Relations arising out of processing the personal data by federal agencies, state agencies of RF subjects and by other state agencies (further "state agencies"), by agencies of local self-government and other municipal agencies (further "municipal agencies"), by legal entities and individuals using automatic means, including information and telecommunication networks or without them, providing that the processing of personal data without using the means listed above corresponds to the nature of personal data processing using automatic means, i.e. allows search for personal data stored on the material carriers or contained in filing cabinets or other systematized personal data using the specified algorithm, and (or) access to such personal data shall be guided by Federal Law #152-FZ "On Personal Data" dtd. 27/07/2006.
