State support for investment activity (guarantees and benefits)

The decision on granting specific forms of state support to entities of the investment activity is made by Tomsk Oblast Administration Coordinating Council for Investment Activity Support (Chairman of Coordinating Council is O.V. Kozlovskaya, First Deputy Governor of Tomsk Oblast).

Statute regarding Council and its structure is approved by Tomsk Oblast Chief Administrator's (Governor's) Resolution № 120 from 27.05.2003 (Russian). No later than two months from the date of an application submission by an entity of the investment activity, the Coordinating Council makes a decision on granting specific forms of state support and entering its investment project into "The Tomsk Oblast Registrar of Investment Projects".

The responsibility for preparation of questions on rendering state support to entities of the investment activity for consideration by Coordinating Council is assigned to Department of Investments and Economic-Legal Expertise of Tomsk Oblast Administration.
