Tomsk municipal bonds 2010 to be placed at the MICEX Stock Exchange

Tomsk City Administration obtained approval of the placement of 2010 municipal bonds with fixed coupon yield and debt amortization.
The bonds will have a nominal value of 800m rubles and a maturity period of 4 years.
